राजस्थान के उदयपुर में राज्य सरकार ने पहली बार ‘वन औषधि उत्सव’ का आयोजन किया, जिसमें आदिवासी समुदायों ने पारंपरिक औषधियों, जड़ी-बूटियों और चिकित्सा विधियों का प्रदर्शन किया। इस उत्सव का उद्देश्य पारंपरिक ज्ञान को संरक्षित करना, युवाओं को आयुर्वेद में करियर के लिए प्रेरित करना और जैव विविधता को बढ़ावा देना है। आयोजन में वन विभाग, कृषि विश्वविद्यालय और चिकित्सा विशेषज्ञों ने भाग लिया। इस पहल को सालाना उत्सव के रूप में मनाने का निर्णय लिया गया है।

उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार ने स्कूल और कॉलेजों में ‘सड़क सुरक्षा शिक्षा’ को अनिवार्य कर दिया है। इसके अंतर्गत छात्रों को ट्रैफिक नियम, हेलमेट और सीटबेल्ट की आवश्यकता, पैदल चलने की सुरक्षा, और आपातकालीन स्थितियों में व्यवहार की जानकारी दी जाएगी। यह पाठ्यक्रम कक्षा 6 से शुरू होकर स्नातक स्तर तक शामिल किया गया है। सरकार को उम्मीद है कि इससे सड़क हादसों में कमी आएगी और युवा पीढ़ी में ट्रैफिक के प्रति जागरूकता बढ़ेगी।

बिहार सरकार ने हर साल आने वाली बाढ़ की समस्या से निपटने के लिए एक नई AI आधारित पूर्व चेतावनी प्रणाली लागू की है। यह प्रणाली नदी जल स्तर, वर्षा डेटा और भू-उपग्रह चित्रों के आधार पर संभावित बाढ़ क्षेत्र की भविष्यवाणी करती है और संबंधित अधिकारियों को चेतावनी संदेश भेजती है। इसका ट्रायल पटना, दरभंगा और मुजफ्फरपुर में सफल रहा है और अब इसे पूरे राज्य में लागू किया जा रहा है। इससे लोगों को समय रहते राहत केंद्रों में पहुँचाया जा सकेगा।

मध्य प्रदेश सरकार ने किसानों की मदद के लिए ‘मिट्टी परीक्षण कार्ड’ योजना का विस्तार किया है। अब प्रत्येक किसान को हर दो साल में एक बार उसकी जमीन का विस्तृत परीक्षण रिपोर्ट कार्ड दिया जाएगा जिसमें NPK अनुपात, pH स्तर, और सूक्ष्म पोषक तत्वों की जानकारी शामिल होगी। इसके आधार पर किसानों को उपयुक्त फसल चक्र और खाद उपयोग की सलाह दी जाएगी। सरकार का मानना है कि इससे मिट्टी की गुणवत्ता बनी रहेगी और उत्पादन लागत में भी कमी आएगी।

हिमाचल प्रदेश के दुर्गम पहाड़ी क्षेत्रों में अब दवाओं की आपूर्ति ड्रोन के माध्यम से की जा रही है। स्वास्थ्य विभाग और एक निजी स्टार्टअप के सहयोग से शुरू हुई यह सेवा अब लाहौल-स्पीति, किनौर और चंबा जैसे जिलों में साप्ताहिक रूप से दवाएं और वैक्सीन पहुँचा रही है। इन ड्रोन में GPS ट्रैकिंग और तापमान नियंत्रण प्रणाली लगी है, जिससे दवाएं सुरक्षित रहती हैं। सरकार का दावा है कि इससे ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में दवा की अनुपलब्धता की समस्या काफी हद तक सुलझ गई है और स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं की पहुंच में सुधार हुआ है।
